Is there parking at the event?

• Parking is extremely limited, especially on game days, when it may be nearly impossible to find a spot. We highly recommend taking an Uber or other rideshare to ensure timely arrival.

Is there an age restriction?

• Yes, PUMPKINSUTRA is strictly 21+.

What if I need to leave early—can I get a refund?

• We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

What if I bought ticket but can't attend? Can I get a refund?

• If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. In cases of extenuating circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate a date change, but alternate dates are not guaranteed.

Can I host a group or private event?

• Absolutely! For groups of 12 or more or to inquire about a full session buyout, email us at groups@pumpkinsutra.com.

Are there restrooms on-site?

• Yes, indoor restrooms are available for all guests.

Is there security?

Can I bring animals? Are service animals allowed?

• No pets are allowed. Service animals are welcome, but please be aware the environment is crowded and includes theatrical lighting.

Is there a dress code?

Is there a coat check?

• Yes, a coat check is available at check-in.

Is the venue ADA-accessible?

What should I bring to the event?

• Bring a valid ID for entry. Printed tickets are not necessary, but having your confirmation handy is a good idea.

Will there be strobe lights?

• Some parts of the experience may include strobe lighting. If you are sensitive to this, please speak with a manager upon arrival to help avoid those areas. We do not recommend attending if you have a medical condition triggered by strobes.

Are there seats available?

• Yes, seating is available throughout the event for guests to rest.

What is not allowed at the event?

• Please do not bring:

When should I arrive?

• No—smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.

What can I expect from the PUMPKINSUTRA experience?

• PUMPKINSUTRA is a fully immersive, adults-only experience that invites guests to engage with interactive environments, roaming actors, and provocative art installations. Expect captivating live performances, seductive music, and the world’s largest Pornkin display—all under one roof. Enjoy craft cocktails, delicious food, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. How long does the experience last?

• General Admission and VIP tickets include access to a 2-hour experience.
  
• VYR Club tickets extend the fun by an additional 30-60 minutes. VYR guests may move freely between the main experience and the exclusive VYR space during the full 2.5-hour session.
  

Is the show indoors or outdoors?

• The main experience takes place indoors. A pre-show bar is available outside before your session begins.

Is PUMPKINSUTRA scary?

• While the atmosphere includes eerie and haunting elements, PUMPKINSUTRA is not intended to be scary.

What is VYR, and how is it different from PUMPKINSUTRA?

• VYR is a separate, elevated, and more provocative experience located on the second floor of the venue. It features a bolder, more uninhibited environment. Access to VYR requires an additional ticket.

Are performers or actors allowed to touch guests?

• No. Under no circumstances will performers or actors touch guests.

Can guests touch performers or actors?

• No. For the safety and comfort of everyone, guests are not permitted to touch performers or actors.

Will I be forced to participate in anything?

• Absolutely not. Participation is completely optional. You are free to enjoy the experience as a spectator at your own pace and comfort level.

What if I feel uncomfortable?

• If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you’re welcome to leave. Simply notify a staff member, and they will escort you out. Please note that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Is food and drink available?

• Yes! Our curated food menu features handmade pastas and signature sauces, while the bar offers a selection of craft cocktails, mocktails, beer and wine.

I have food allergies. What should I do?

I don’t drink. Are there non-alcoholic options available?

• Yes, each ticketed mini cocktail has a non-alcoholic version available. In addition, our bars serve a full range of house-crafted mocktails.

• Yes! Our retail boutique is filled with playful and provocative items—from high-end sex toys to cheeky novelty gifts you won’t find anywhere else.

Can I take pictures or video?

• Yes! Feel free to capture and share your experience—there are plenty of photo-worthy moments throughout the venue. Please avoid using flash when photographing performers. And don’t forget to tag us at @pumpkinsutra!

Can I buy tickets at the door?

• No, tickets must be purchased in advance. There are no door sales.

Do I need to bring my ticket?

• No physical ticket is needed. Tickets will be validated via the Fever app or your confirmation email.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

• Yes! You can transfer your ticket to a friend directly through the Fever app.
